Deposit

Half the balance due is required at time of booking. Within 30 days of arrival, a full prepayment is due including all applicable taxes.

Cancellation / Refund Policies

A reservation cancelled 14 days in advance of arrival will receive a full refund less $25.00 booking fee. A reservation cancelled 7 days in advance will be charged 1 night plus the $25.00 booking fee. A reservation cancelled less than 7 days of arrival is subject to full forfeiture of prepayment.

  • Lost key fee $25.00
  • All linens and towels are provided. No housekeeping is provided unless special arrangements are made in advance at an extra charge.
